Sanitary Butterfly Valve is designed for use in various liquid product applications across the food-processing, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. This valve can be actuated either manually or automatically. It features a multi-position handle for valves up to DN-100/4″ and a two-position handle for larger sizes. The actuator converts the axial movement of the piston into a 90º rotary movement, which is then transmitted to the disc. This ensures precise control over the flow of liquids. The valve can be customized with various handles and actuators to meet specific operational needs.
A pneumatic actuator with an intelligent head, also known as an intelligent pneumatic actuator, integrates advanced electronic capabilities with a traditional pneumatic actuator to provide enhanced control, monitoring, and communication features. It replaces or augments mechanical positioners with an internal, enclosed sensor and smart electronics, offering continuous position feedback, accurate control signals (like 4-20 mA with HART), and self-diagnostic capabilities for improved reliability in regulating valves and other final control elements in industrial processes.
