1.5" sanitary stainless steel tri clamp sample valve 

Application:it is widely used to smaple from tank or pipe system under sterible condition,and can be sterilized before and after each sampling.                                                              
It can supply the valve specification to customer:first one use to treatment low viscosity materials such as water ,beer,wine,fluid milk and so  on;secone one use to treat high viscosity materials such as nutlet yoghour,syrup, ice scream and so on.                                                                                                      

Seal material	PTFE,EPDM,all seals material comply with FDA177.2600.
Working temperature	Max.sterilization temerature:dry steam is 121-134 °;        Steam must be usd dry because the condensate water will damage the diaphragm.We suggest to replace the diaphragm after 100 times sampling or sterilization.
