Q:What's your package?
A:1pc/plybag then put into carton box;
If the valve has pneumatic actuator then we can put the valve into a custom foam box then put into carton box.
Q:What's the shipping way?
A:small package,you can choose courier or China post(if it is not urgent)
Large or weight package,you can choose by air,see or train.
Q:What's the information we need tell you before we place order?
A:you need tell us your medium,working pressure and temperature,size,connection type,body material.
If you need pneumatic actuator valve,you need tell us the ball valve torque,single or double action,whether need accessories such
as solenoid valve,locator,limit switch,F.R.L.Combination unit.
If you need electric actuator valve,you need tell us the control type,voltage,electric current
Q:What's the delivery time?
A:if the qty is less than 1000pcs normal 12~15days,if 1000~5000pcs about 25days.
